Specialist boilers

The pressure washer boilers supplied by A1 Pressure Washers are specifically designed for use within commercial and industrial cleaning. There are a variety of situations where a boiler would provide the perfect solution. These range from schools and commercial premises to hospitals and heavy industry. The boilers can also be used with a wide range of brands, including Lavor, Dirt Driver and Cleanwell. In addition, Lavor pumps are known throughout the industry for their quality and durability. They are designed and manufactured to meet all the requirements of the market.

Lavor boilers at A1

Our range of Lavor boilers for industrial power washers is perfectly suited to industry and commercial settings. These vertical Lavor boilers are also ideal for manufacturers and the replacement market. The height of the boilers including chimney is 550mm. There are 240V and 110V versions, ranging from 12 LTRS P/MIN to 21 LTRS P/MIN. The maximum working pressure of each boiler is 200Bar / 2900psi. All spares are available, and here at A1 we keep the most requested ones in stock.

Mazzoni Hot Box

Also on offer from A1 Pressure washers is the Mazzoni Firebox. This Mazzoni Hot Box is a compact, mobile and durable unit, and an indispensable piece of kit. The unit uses its diesel boiler to generate heat. This allows it to turn any cold water pressure washer into a hot water machine. Electrically powered and diesel heated, it requires a pressure of at least 15 bar.

With the power to heat cold water to 150˚C, the unit is ideal for degreasing and sterilising jobs. This makes it the perfect choice where stringent cleaning is required, such as the leisure sector, agriculture and industry. Two back wheels and a sturdy handle make it easy to manoeuvre in any area. Mazzoni boilers are also high on performance, but with gas emissions lower than the European requirement.
